Meet the staff

Lindsay has taught in primary education for 18 years in various settings working with children from nursery to year 6.

Lindsay has a passion for inclusion and this led to her achieving the SENqual and becoming a SENCo. Lindsay worked with other agencies across Plymouth to develop person centred practice. In 2018 Lindsay developed a nurture provision for primary school children at risk of exclusion. This was highly successful in supporting children and was partially funded by the Local Authority. Lindsay worked with other agencies across the city to develop Trauma informed practice. She started the Plymouth CAPO group to support children who are affected by parental offending. Lindsay has since joined St Christopher's as the Director of Inclusion.

She enjoys working with schools across the South West and is proud of the inclusive practice which is in the heart of every one of our schools.
